CR Studios is an independent app studio creating focused mobile experiences across wellness, productivity and everyday life.

When reporting an issue, you may include your device model, iOS version and app version. Please do not email sensitive health entries, backup files or backup passwords.

Plain-language information about Aura and CR Studios.
CR Studios respects your privacy. Aura is designed as a local-first app, meaning health and wellness information entered into Aura is stored on your device by default.
Depending on the features you use, Aura may store your name, health focus, goals, age, weight, cycle and bleeding history, symptoms, notes, mood, energy, stress, contraception information, health conditions, tracking preferences, notification settings and program progress.
This information is used on your device to provide tracking, predictions, insights, reminders, reports and other app functionality. Aura does not upload new health entries to CR Studios’ servers.
Aura’s live local store relies on your device’s operating-system encryption and access controls. It is not protected by a separate Aura database-encryption key.
Aura does not require a new account or internet connection for its core tracking features.
Users who previously used an older account-based version of Aura may have an existing Supabase account and cloud-stored information. When an existing session is found, Aura may retrieve that information once and import it into the local device store. Aura does not upload newly entered health information back to Supabase. Existing users can delete a linked legacy account and associated cloud information from within Aura or contact us for assistance.
Supported native builds of Aura may use Rork analytics powered by PostHog. This can process app lifecycle events, screens viewed, route parameters, an anonymous identifier, app version, build number, bundle identifier and device type. Route parameters may include a preferred name and selected wellness focus.
Analytics is used to understand app usage and improve reliability. Aura does not use analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell personal or health information.
The current version of Aura does not request access to, read information from, or write information to Apple Health or HealthKit.
The current preview build does not process paid subscriptions or purchases. If subscriptions are introduced, this policy will be updated to identify the purchase services and information involved.
If you enable reminders, Aura requests notification permission and schedules notifications locally on your device. Aura does not register your device for remote marketing notifications.
You may choose to create a password-protected backup. Backups are encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM before being presented through your device’s sharing options. CR Studios does not receive or store your backup password and cannot recover it.
You may also generate a health report on your device. Backup files and reports leave Aura only when you choose to save or share them. A service or person you select to receive a file will handle it under their own privacy practices. Deleting Aura’s local data does not delete backup files or reports you previously saved or shared.
Local information remains on your device until you delete it through Aura, uninstall the app, erase the device, or otherwise remove the app’s storage. Aura provides controls for deleting local health data. Existing manually saved backups and reports must be deleted separately from their saved locations.
Aura uses Supabase only for existing legacy accounts, migration and account deletion. Supported native builds may use Rork analytics powered by PostHog as described above. System sharing destinations process files only when you choose to share them.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information held by CR Studios. Contact us to make a request.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Aura and other applications published by CR Studios. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our apps only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse an app, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy or distribute it except where the law permits.
Aura is a general wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Cycle dates, fertile-window estimates, insights and other predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate.
Do not use Aura as contraception or as a substitute for professional medical advice. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, pregnancy, contraception or other health concerns. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Aura stores new health entries locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for keeping any backup files and backup passwords secure. CR Studios cannot recover a forgotten backup password. Deleting data from Aura does not delete backup files or reports that you have already saved or shared. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Some users may have an account created by an older version of Aura. Those users can manage or delete a linked legacy account from within Aura or contact support for assistance.
The current preview build does not process paid subscriptions, trials or purchases. Unlocking a Premium preview does not create a payment or recurring subscription. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown before purchase and any additional terms will be provided where required.
All app software, branding, graphics, written content and designs remain the property of CR Studios or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
Some features rely on third-party services identified in the Privacy Policy, including Supabase for linked legacy accounts and, in supported native builds, Rork analytics powered by PostHog. Features that open external websites or use your device’s sharing options are also subject to the relevant third party’s terms and privacy practices.
We aim to keep our apps available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be free from errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may release updates that are required for continued use.
Our apps are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of an app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms when our apps, services or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to your future use.
